James Kyle Sherbin Esq. is a licensed attorney in Michigan and Maryland, currently practicing in Traverse City, Michigan. Originally from rural Maryland, James moved to Lansing to attend Cooley Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. He began his legal career in Grand Rapids before relocating to Traverse City.
With experience in various civil and criminal jury and bench trials, James is relatively young yet skilled in his practice areas. As a Christian with strong values and beliefs, he represents anyone in need within his practice areas—be it through counseling, advising, or advocacy. His specialty lies in family law and divorce, particularly in Michigan, which is unique as a no-fault divorce state.
